Painter
Painters needed in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point. Primarily interior jobs repainting vacant apartment units. Some exterior jobs available. Must have your own equipment. Sprayers are preferred and will be required for most jobs. We will provide the paint. Pay is based on job size.
Cleaner
Cleaners needed to clean vacant apartments and provide routine cleaning daily at facilities in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point. Must provide your own cleaning supplies. Pay is based on unit/facility size and the amount of cleaning needed.
Carpet Cleaner
Carpet Cleaners needed for work at apartments in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point. Must have your own hot water extraction machine. Truck-mount system is highly preferred and will be required for most jobs. Skills in carpet stretching and patching also highly preferred. Pay is based on job size.
